Restaurant Overview
Restaurant organizations are designed for professional kitchens. You get access to recipe costing, procurement workflows, supplier management, team roles, and multi-location support.
When you register a restaurant, your account starts with a 14-day Pro trial that gives you access to every feature. This lets you fully evaluate Cucinovo before choosing a plan.
During the trial, Cucinovo seeds your workspace with sample data — a few ingredients, a recipe, and a category — so you can see how everything works right away.
First Steps
Follow these steps to get your restaurant set up in Cucinovo:
Go to Ingredients in the sidebar and click New Ingredient. Enter a name, select a unit (g, kg, ml, L, pc), and set the purchase price. Optionally tag allergens and assign a supplier.
Go to Recipes and click New Recipe. Give it a name, select a category, set the output portions, and add your ingredients with quantities.
After saving, open your recipe to see the full cost breakdown — ingredient costs, cost per portion, and food cost percentage (if you set a selling price).
Select one or more recipes from the Recipes page and click Create Shopping List. Cucinovo calculates the total ingredients you need, grouped by supplier.
Go to Settings and open the Team tab. Invite colleagues by email and assign roles (Manager, Chef, Staff, Viewer) to control what they can access.

Trial Information
Your free trial gives you full access to all Pro features for 14 days. No credit card is required to start.
After the trial ends, you can choose the plan that fits your needs:
- Starter — EUR 29/month (or EUR 24/month billed annually). Includes costing, sub-recipes, grocery lists, and prep lists.
- Pro — EUR 79/month (or EUR 66/month billed annually). Adds events, supplier management, purchase orders, loss calculator, and import/export.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing.
