Overview
Cucinovo offers different plans for restaurants and households. Each plan unlocks progressively more features to match the size and needs of your organization.
All new restaurant organizations start with a 14-day free trial that includes every Pro feature. Household organizations start on the Free plan and can upgrade at any time.
Restaurant Plans
Restaurant organizations can choose from two plans: Starter and Pro. All new restaurants start with a 14-day free trial of Pro features.

Household Plans
Household organizations can choose from two plans: Free and Plus.

Pricing
All prices are in EUR. Annual billing offers a discount.
- Starter — €29/month, or €24/month billed annually
- Pro — €79/month, or €66/month billed annually
- Household Free — €0/month (free forever)
- Plus — €9/month, or €7/month billed annually
- Extra Location (add-on, Pro plan) — €29/month, or €24/month billed annually, per additional location
Trial Period
All new restaurant organizations start with a 14-day free trial of Pro features. During the trial you have access to everything — events, supplier management, loss calculator, import/export, and more.
When the trial expires, you need to choose a plan to continue using premium features. Any data you created during the trial is preserved — you just lose access to features outside your chosen plan.
Household organizations also receive a 14-day trial of Plus features. After the trial, you can continue on the Free plan or upgrade to Plus from Settings > Billing.
Managing Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing to view your current plan, upgrade to a higher plan, or switch between monthly and annual billing.
Clicking Manage Subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card or other)
- View and download past invoices
- Switch plans or billing intervals
- Cancel your subscription
Only the organization Owner can manage billing settings and change plans.
