1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Cucinovo (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cucinovo. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair the platform's infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicence, or otherwise commercialise access to the Service without our written consent.
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data from the Service.
3. Account Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems. This action is irreversible.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a security risk to other users or the platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cucinovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
